Lentil Bolognese
Hearty, savory bolognese made from red lentils — the plant-based pasta favorite.
Ingredients
4 servings
400 g pasta
200 g red lentils
1 can tomatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
Preparation

Finely dice the onion and carrots and sauté.

Briefly roast the tomato paste along.

Add the lentils and tomatoes and let simmer.
