Poached eggs in a spicy pepper-tomato sauce — straight from the pan with bread.
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can tomatoes
2 bell peppers
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
100 g feta

Slice the onion and peppers and sauté.

Add the tomatoes and cumin, reduce briefly.
