Apple Crumble
Warm cinnamon apples under crispy butter streusel — best served with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients

4 apples
120 g flour
80 g butter
Alternative: margarine70 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
40 g rolled oats
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

Dice the apples and toss with cinnamon.

Rub the flour, butter, sugar and oats into streusel.

Scatter the streusel over the apples.
